a month agoI will start by describing Tom, the car dealer/owner of this business. He is very polite, respectful, professional and kind. Tom helped me understand the difference between PCP and HP when it comes to finance options . The cars that he has are very good, hand picked, with good technology and low mileage. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car to go to Crown Cars Plymouth. I would rate more than 5* if there was an option for it. Tom has helped me a lot.
2 months agoI cannot recommend Tom any higher, he is a genuine bloke and will go above and beyond to help. I wouldn't buy from anyone else!
More than the extra mile in customer service. I found the car I was interested in and at every step of the way Tom kept in contact to let me know how the Finance was proceeding. I was keen to pick up my car on my day off but a slight delay with the Finance ( my fault) so Tom arranged to pick me up from the trainstation well after closing time so I didn't have to wait. Amazing service and I know when I trade this car in I'll be going back to Tom.
Oh wowza Tom top bloke.fantastic car sales man.Picked us up from the train station to his garage to get our car.You will never be disappointed . explained everything in detail . Would definitely recommend .Thanks Tom back in 2years .??????
First time buying here and it definitely won’t be the last! I cannot fault the customer service one bit, nothing was too much trouble! Not pushy at all and took the time to answer all questions and everything was explained clearly. Would 1000% recommend to anyone!
Been to Tom a few times, had a couple of cars from him and yesterday my partner also had a car from him so I believe it’s long overdue for a good review. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new car! Wouldn’t go elsewhere for another car. Top bloke and genuinely down to earth ??
